Since last week got a bit mixed up due to our heading out for a Chinese meal on our anniversary. People may notice that meals that were not made last week will be made this week (only two that I see so far).
Hamburgers, homemade baked beans and a salad.
Stuffed Chicken Breasts, leftover salad, roasted veggies and rice.
Spaghetti and sauce. I plan on making another salad here or serving with garlic bread.
Leftover ham made into a ham and rice casserole (using up the leftover rice and broccoli as well).
Perogies, sour cream and loads of fried onions.
Baked spaghetti, using up the leftover spaghetti and sauce.
Here is the Roast Beef that we were to have on the 15th. Serving this with roast potatoes, roast carrots and I may even make a gravy.
Lunches will be the usual sandwiches or leftovers, and breakfasts will be toast or yogurt for me.
