Is your husband any help in the kitchen? I was put off schedule last week with an episode of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). I couldn't lift my head off the pillow without vomiting let alone make it to the kitchen. It's taken awhile for my head and stomach to settle but I'm happy to say that I'm back on track.
