Monday
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and corn. I might rip up what remains of the salad and have just a salad made of lettuce and sweet peppers.
Tuesday
Leftover Ham made into a casserole along with what is left of the lettuce mixture and carrots.
Wednesday
Leftover meatloaf, fried leftover mashed potatoes with onion, and peas.
Thursday
Leftover ham casserole, and a salad.
Friday
Scrambled eggs on toast. Perhaps some hash brown patties if I can find a good sale.
Saturday
Soup and sandwiches. Probably the Mexican soup that I have a few containers of. Sandwich wise, not too sure as of yet.
Sunday
Chicken Parma, mashed turnip/rutabaga, and a salad.
This should help clear out the freezer just a bit more. Trying to make room for any leftovers once the boys are home for Christmas.
Everybody have a wonderful evening.
God bless.

All of that sounds like good and warm comfort food. Yum!
ReplyDeleteThat was Belinda, btw. Sorry about that.
ReplyDeleteI love chicken parm - sounds great! We are having chicken noodle soup tonight, as Sam is not feeling well. I just so happened to have made a big pot with the rotisserie chicken I bought at Costco, so it's good timing. - Hawaii Planner
ReplyDeleteDear Jackie, I love ❤️ your entire menu.
ReplyDeleteI like meatloaf and the aroma of it when it's in the oven. It all sounds delicious. I made a vegetable beef soup for dinner tonight from the leftover pot roast from yesterday. We'll be munching on the leftover soup for lunch for a couple of days.
ReplyDeleteSounds good to me! :)
ReplyDeleteYou had me at meat loaf!
ReplyDeleteMmm, meatloaf! Haven't made one of those for a while.
