T...This is going to be a clean out the fridge week. The local rodeo will take me away for 3 evenings this week where I will be working in the concession. I will smell like a French fry. I feel like I can get down to some serious summer cooking once that rodeo is in the books. There's leftover BBQ steak/broccoli, some pork roast slices. I see the garden lettuce is ready so I'll get some salads in. I thinned the green onions last week and managed to get some of those into a cottage cheese salad. I look forward to the beans/peas.
