Good evening all. It is time for the next weekly menu.
Monday
Soup and egg salad sandwiches.
Tuesday
Leftover ham (one of the 5 packages residing in the fridge freezer) made into scalloped potatoes and ham casserole. Served with sliced raw veggies and dip.
Wednesday
Hamburgers, pasta and baked beans.
Thursday
Stuffed chicken, salad, and corn.
Friday
Breakfast for supper, we will have pancakes.
Saturday
BBQ smoked sausages, air fried onion rings, mushrooms, and cut up veggies and dip.
Sunday
Roast beef, mashed potatoes, and green beans from the garden.
Hoping that clears a bit of room in the fridge freezer. Things are beginning to add up in there once again.

ReplyDeleteYou know I love egg salad and I rarely make it. Silly as I have plenty of eggs!
ReplyDeleteI'm in a dinner slump. I made my own spaghetti sauce from all the tomatoes I had - it didn't make as much as I though. It was very good - the fresh taste is unbeatable.
ReplyDeleteI could really go for some roast beef....
I like the idea of breakfast for supper - must run that one by the Resident Chef and see what he thinks.
