The last week in the month of March, and it is only a partial week really.
I have been changing my menu around a bit this week, as I didn't really feel like cooking tonight.
Monday
Sweet and Sour Meatballs from the chest freezer. Served with rice and mixed vegetables.
Tuesday
Chicken a la King on toast, served with peas.
Wednesday
Baked Spaghetti, using up the leftover spaghetti and meat sauce from Sunday. I think I will make a salad to go with and perhaps some garlic bread.
Thursday
The remains of the Baked Spaghetti and salad.
Friday
The salmon patties I did not make last week. Served with mashed potatoes, and corn.
Saturday
A container of stew from the freezer downstairs.
Sunday
Stuffed chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, green beans.
So there it is and hopefully nothing more will get switched around.
