Cream of Mushroom soup (using up the mushrooms) and grilled ham and cheese sandwiches (the sandwich meat may change depending on what kind of sliced meat I have in the fridge).
Leftover roast beef made into a casserole of sorts using up the bits and bobs of cooked veggies in the fridge (and probably some cheese). I will be serving a salad along side this.
Some Cabbage Bread from the freezer downstairs.
Pulling out that package of leftover turkey and making a turkey/pasta casserole (need to find something new to try online). Serving this with salad.
Tuna casserole served with salad.
Clean out the fridge smorg.
Pork roast, mashed potatoes, and veggies.
Hopefully since I have already changed things around this supper menu will be followed.
Lunches will be leftover soup for a bit and then whatever sandwiches or such we have the makings for.
