Menu Monday

Ahhh, the last week in March and hopefully BBQ season will be able to start (not every day but once in awhile would be just lovely).


Time to use up that leftover spaghetti and meat sauce from Saturday. I will be making baked spaghetti and serving it with coleslaw once again.


Leftover pork roast, not too sure what I will do with this. Perhaps a pork hash.


Clean out the fridge, pretty sure there will be enough leftover Baked Spaghetti to have for supper tonight. Plan on using up some of the asparagus as well.


Finish off the last of the stuffed chicken breasts. Serving this with rice and if there is any asparagus left it is going with this meal.




Chicken drumsticks, mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots.


The pork roast I should have made last Sunday (decided it was better to clean out the fridge) along with roasted veggies.
