Menu Monday


Leftover roast beef made into stroganoff and served over egg noodles. Lots of veggies in the stroganoff (onions, mushrooms and peas).


Leftover pork roast made into a pasta bake (perhaps something using up any leftover egg noodles), served with a salad.


Clean out the fridge.


Chicken breasts made into fajita's.


Tuna casserole


BBQ ribs, tin foil veggies (hope it is nice so Harvey can have the pleasure of the first BBQ of the season). If the weather is not nice I will do the ribs in the slow cooker and oven roast the veggies.


Cabbage rolls.

Sunday: yam & spinach penne noodle casserole
Monday: sausage-kale-lentil soup with tuna melts
Tuesday: leftover noodle casserole with asparagus
Wednesday: pizza
Thursday: sautéed zucchini, pan-fried fish
Friday: slow cooker moose tenderloin, oven roasted potatoes, lettuce salad
Saturday: fridge fall-out
