Only two weeks left this month!! The time is just whizzing by.
After eating way too much this past weekend today we will have soup and sandwiches (something we were going to have last week and never got around to).
Cabbage rolls, and the potatoes from our Easter meal reheated and used up.
Pork chops, rice and asparagus.
Leftover ham and roasted veggies.
Baked salmon, rice and peas and carrots.
Chicken Breasts, roasted veggies and the leftover rice.
Beef Roast, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots, and probably gravy.
Dessert will be the Carrot cake, until it is gone and then I will make a crisp.
