Menu Monday

Here are my menus for the upcoming week, including what we had tonight.

Monday

Chicken Cordon Bleu, mashed potatoes, yellow beans.

Tuesday

Spaghetti and meat sauce with a side salad.

Wednesday

Warmed Leftover Ham, leftover mashed potatoes made into patties and fried, leftover green and yellow beans, leftover salad.

Thursday

Baked spaghetti, salad.

Friday

Glace and eggs (German noodles).

Saturday

Baked Pork Ribs, rice, corn on the cob.

Sunday

Baked Ham, rice, peas and carrots.

Desserts will be cookies, or buttertart slice. Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches.
