Beef Short Ribs in a BBQ sauce, rice and the leftover veggies from the fridge.

Tuesday

Chili and toast.

Wednesday

Leftover Chicken made into something new and different.

Thursday

Leftover Chili served over pasta.

Friday

Perogies.

Saturday

Chicken wings, salad, and leftover pasta.

Sunday

Roast Pork, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots and leftover salad.

Here they are, my weekly menus. Pretty soon we will be moving into BBQ season and lots of veggies and salads. Yum.
