Menu Mondays

Another week of supper menus and another week of May already behind us.

Monday

Chili and toast.

Tuesday

Pork chops, mashed potatoes, and salad.

Wednesday

Cabbage bread from the freezer.

Thursday

Clean out the fridge night.

Friday

Tuna Casserole and salad.

Saturday

Sweet and Sour Ribs, rice and a salad.

Sunday

Roast Pork, roasted potatoes, peas and carrots, and hopefully a salad (depends on how much I have left in the way of greens).

Tonight I will do an update of how my goals for the month are progressing.

  2. The German name is Kraut Birokes. They are buns stuffed with hamburger, onions and cabbage. Then baked. I make a great many in the fall and they last us the year.
