At this time of year, when the garden is starting to produce rapidly, I can only post the main course as the sides seem to change a great deal. So that being said here are my basic menus for the week.
Monday
Spaghetti and meat sauce. I do have salad leftover so this will be used tonight.
Tuesday
Leftover pork casserole from the fridge with lots of side veggies
Wednesday
Baked chicken legs, on a bed of rice. Other sides to be decided upon.
Thursday
Baked spaghetti, using the leftovers from Monday.
Friday
Tuna pasta salad.
Saturday
Lazy perogies.
Sunday
Beef Roast and all the trimmings.

When we're getting plenty of tomatoes, we'll have BLTs at least 2 times a week for dinner. I am keeping squash and peas cooked along with slaw and cornbread so Honey Bear will have lunch and dinner from that. Today there was enough soup after canning 14 quarts for his lunch and dinner. I also made a blackberry cobbler from a handful of berries from our vines.
