Menu Monday

I managed to quickly do up a menu when we got home for the month, and of course as is usual changed a couple of days already.

Monday

Leftover chili and toast.

Tuesday

Leftover roast beef, probably made into a stroganoff type meal. There will more than likely be leftovers to have another night.

Wednesday

Homemade pizza.

Thursday

Leftovers from Tuesday.

Friday

One of the packages of frozen Lazy Perogy Casserole.

Saturday

Porkchops, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots. Since we have so many tomatoes I will slice some up as another side.

Sunday

Roast pork, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots.

I have also figured out something to use as an inventory keeper on the fridge freezer. Hopefully that will enable me to keep up with all the bits and bobs in that area. If it works I will do the same for the two freezers downstairs.

Everybody have a wonderful evening.

God bless.

  1. What will your inventory keeper be? I could use something like that.

  2. Sounds like a tasty menu, Jackie. Sliced tomatoes always round out a meal at this time of year.

  3. If your inventory works, lets us know, we all need one.

  4. I've just caught up with reading all your latest posts, Jackie. Thank you so much for sharing your photos. I've really enjoyed looking at them and thinking back to when we were living in Toronto & Niagara all those years ago.
I do hope your arm is feeling so much better now. Take care of yourself,
    Angie

  5. I bought a white board with magnetics on the back from the dollar store and stuck it on my freezer to keep an inventory of what's in there.

  8. The RC decided awhile ago that he would keep a white board inventory of the freezer contents and dutifully wrote everything down. I sat back and laughed because I knew it wouldn't last...and it didn't.
