I had to do some quick changes last week, but as I had all the supplies (or none of the supplies for what I had planned....bad planning on my part), we managed just fine.
Baked Spaghetti, sliced cucumbers and perhaps sliced yellow pepper.
Leftover Sage Chicken and Potatoes.
Soup and Egg Salad Sandwiches (mainly because this is one of my class nights).
Hamburgers, and oven fries.
Either clean out the fridge or Smoked Sausage, pasta and green beans.
Pork Roast, mashed potatoes, and carrots.
So there they are, my menus for this week. Hopefully I will not have to change things around this week.
