The Last Day of the Month

Tonight I am going to share my thrift store find.

Since spring is so far away up here in the plains of Canada, I needed to bring some spring into my home. Searching one of the thrift stores in Regina I found a lovely glass container and looking further I came upon a package of fake limes that had never been opened. Bingo. Now this is sitting on my diningroom table.

All for a total cost of ....are you ready..... $3.50. It brightens up the room, and now all I need is just the right candles.

Off to visit everyone.

Everyone have a wonderful evening.

God bless.

  1. I say that your new arrangement definitely says spring. Do you think it will force the "powers that be" to move a little faster?

  2. Isn't it amazing the treasures we can find at the thrift shop? I love the look of those limes in that vase, just gorgeous. Spring can come any time as far as I'm concerned but unfortunately still a couple of months of Winter yet to get through. lol xoxo

  5. Very nice, Jackie! And those limes look so real! I'm glad you aren't going to have to change them out every week! And won't that vase be lovely for large Renaissance bouquets when Spring really does come? Mary (kindhearted)
