Menu Monday

At this time of year, when the garden is starting to produce rapidly, I can only post the main course as the sides seem to change a great deal. So that being said here are my basic menus for the week.


Spaghetti and meat sauce. I do have salad leftover so this will be used tonight.


Leftover pork casserole from the fridge with lots of side veggies


Baked chicken legs, on a bed of rice. Other sides to be decided upon.


Baked spaghetti, using the leftovers from Monday.


Tuna pasta salad.


Lazy perogies.


Beef Roast and all the trimmings.

  1. When we're getting plenty of tomatoes, we'll have BLTs at least 2 times a week for dinner. I am keeping squash and peas cooked along with slaw and cornbread so Honey Bear will have lunch and dinner from that. Today there was enough soup after canning 14 quarts for his lunch and dinner. I also made a blackberry cobbler from a handful of berries from our vines.
