While this week has started off really warm, but things are going to get much cooler as the week progresses. I do hope for nice weather while we are visiting Kris and attending the Highland Festival in Regina.
Monday
Black Eyed Pea Soup and Chicken salad wraps.
Tuesday
Leftover roast pork made into a stir fry. Served with rice.
Wednesday
Spaghetti and meat sauce. I will make a salad to go with.
Thursday
Leftovers from Tuesday.
Friday
I will take salmon fillets with us to visit Kris, he will more than likely try and BBQ them. Probably take the leftover salad with as well.
Saturday
I think we should pick up some chicken on the way home from the Festival.
Sunday
Now this meal depends if we are home or not. If still visiting with Kris, he can supply the meal. If home I will make Baked spaghetti and probably coleslaw.
Everybody have a wonderful evening.
God bless.
I enjoy the Highland Games.

ReplyDeleteOooh, you will have fun at the festival! I hope you have a chance to see Border Collies on sheep. My first dog was a BC and I love seeing them work.
ReplyDeleteHave fun this weekend. Your meals all sound yummy. I love baked spaghetti.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time at the festival and enjoy your visit. You're so organized with your meal planning. And you must make a lot to have so many left overs. I tend to cook just enough for the two of us to have one helping so we don't have left overs. There are some exceptions. Tonight for example, I'm cooking a pork tenderloin and they'll will be enough left of the pork that hubby can have a sandwich for lunch tomorrow, which he likes. I don't do cold meat sandwiches. Thanks for the visit, always appreciated.
ReplyDeleteI heard on the radio during my drive to the city, that Environment Canada is calling for a high of 4 or 5C with the possibility of snow on Saturday! Mind you, it is probably going to occur overnight. However, another forecast is calling for a high of 12. I'm hoping for the latter!
ReplyDeleteYum I would love to sit at your table.
