My goodness these weeks go by so very quickly. This will be another week of using some of the stored food in the fridge freezer with a couple of meals using things from the freezers downstairs.
Monday
Ham pasties and the leftover tossed salad.
Tuesday
Lentil chili served over rice or pasta. Probably rice as I will need to make some extra for another meal this week.
Wednesday
Cream of Celery Soup and Grilled Cheese sandwiches.
Thursday
Regular chili and toast.
Friday
Fish Fillets, rice, corn and peas mixed together.
Saturday
Using up the saved spaghetti meat sauce and making a small baked spaghetti. Served with salad.
Sunday
Mini meat loaves, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, and leftover salad.
Still waiting for the snow we were to get today. Nothing as of yet, but it is really dark out and the temperature has dropped considerably.
Everybody have a wonderful evening.
God bless.

Yum, all of that sounds delicious! Belinda
ReplyDeleteYour menus always sound so good.
ReplyDeleteDear Jackie, your meals sound delicious, dear friend! Especially Wednesday, Friday and Sunday! Thank you so much for sharing, I wish you a wonderful week! :)
ReplyDeleteSounds really good! We got about 8" snow today with 326 accidents this morning!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful evening and a good day tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI hope the snow held off for you. Still above freezing at home though D says the temperatures are expected to drop soon.
ReplyDeleteI always think it's cold here, until I remember where you live and just how cold it can really get. So we have nothing to complain about here! I hope you're not in so much pain today.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely no snow here, and no snow yet in Tahoe (where we ski),so fingers crossed for some soon. We had 3 diners for dinner, but I made enough for Nick to have leftovers when he got home - spaghetti & meatballs. The meatballs are from Costco, because they are so easy. - Hawaii Planner
