New Home On The Horizon

I mentioned yesterday that our oldest son Kurt made an offer on a home. They (the sellers and him) dickered for awhile...but now providing he can get a mortgage, and the house passes an inspection he will be the proud owner of a new home.

I am going to try and post a link here to some pictures of the house. I do hope it works.
Click here and hopefully it will lead you to the house. Sighs, I just tried the link and it does not work. Going to try a bit of fixing.

Well off to get some visiting done.

Everybody have a wonderful evening.

God bless.

  1. Jackie,

The link worked for me and it is a lovely house. I do hope all goes well and that it is soon Kurts.

The baked beans in the post below look delicious. I really must make some. It's been a while.

    Wishing you a great week.
    Blessings,
    Mary

OH~~ I bought all the ingredient's to make your baked beans for Tuesdays dinner. I bought a small bag by mistake so I will just cut the recipe in half.
    Thank-you for the recipe.

  5. Uhmm, those beans look delish! I think the house looks great! I think it's great when people can buy a home when they're younger and can enjoy the fruits of their labor! I hoep everything goes smoothly for him with the closing & move and all.

  7. Jackie,
    Your beans look positively delicious!
;) Good thing my Dh can't see them or he'd insist I make him a pot right now... dry bean recipes aren't my favorite, though I keep trying.

  9. Such a wonderful home--I really hope he gets it! A house will be a good investment for him, too. You might get to help him decorate it! Your homemade beans made my mouth water, too, Jackie. This is a perfect time for them, with cool weather setting in. Mary (kindhearted)
