Another week, another week of menus using up things in the freezers.
Monday
Sausage Casserole, because this is layered with potatoes, peas, carrots and onions I do not have to serve another vegetable beside it.
Tuesday
Hot dogs, brown beans, and a salad.
Wednesday
The leftover chicken from Sundays supper along with the leftover salad and some rice.
Thursday
Hamburgers, homemade fries, and roasted veggies.
Friday
Glace and eggs (German noodles, very fattening).
Saturday
Leftover ham. Perhaps I will make pizza, something I have not done in a very long time. I have everything I need.
Sunday
Roast Pork, roasted veggies.
This should help use up a few items in the fridge and fridge freezer.
