Menu Monday

Since I spent most of the day working with garden produce, or household chores Harvey surprised me with a fast food meal. It hit the spot after a day's work.

Leftover Ham made into a casserole. Serving this with salad.

Soup and sandwiches (we have kind of missed this over the past two weeks).

Bacon wrapped filets, tin foil potatoes and carrots. Serving the leftover salad with this.

Baked fish, rice, and corn. Fresh veggies and dip on the side.

BBQ Smoked Sausage, baked beans, and a pasta salad.

Beef Roast, roasted potatoes, and corn on the cob.

Hopefully this will use up a bit of what is in my fridge and freezer. Definitely need to clear things out a bit.

Everybody have a wonderful evening.

God bless.
