Menu Monday

A few quick changes to the menu before I posted it this week. There are leftovers that need to be used up and I am really going to try for at least two dinners that don't contain meat every week. Should be interesting.

Monday

Leftover Lazy Perogies (the first meatless meal this week).

Tuesday

Chili served with toast.

Wednesday

Steak, potatoes, and cut up veggies and dip.

Thursday

Bacon wrapped stuffed chicken, rice, and peas.

Friday

Fish, homemade fries, and cut up veggies and dip.

Saturday

Leftover Chili served over pasta.

Sunday

Pork Roast (we switched this from yesterday to today as Hubby wanted to BBQ) served with roasted potatoes and roasted carrots.

So two meals with no beef, pork or chicken and two meals that use up the leftovers in our fridge. Should be a relatively frugal week.

  1. Your menu sounds good...we try to have at least 2 meals a week of just roasted veggies and cornbread or red beans and potatoes...no meat.
    We do love veggies so it works for us.
