Thrifty Tuesday

Today I spent some of the morning emptying more planters (almost have the garden ready for bed) and then it started to snow and blow. Not that the snow sticks around for any length of time, but it does make it miserable to be working outside.

Before my herbs were dumped, I made some cuttings. The cuttings are sitting on my window sill in some water. Now all I need to do is wait until they root, plant them in some indoor pots and voila, fresh herbs for the winter!! Then I can plant them outside come spring. Saving myself close to $30.00.
