Menu Monday

There could be a few changes this week as I am expecting a guest to arrive some time tomorrow. I just found out about her actually being able to come for a visit late last week so did not add that into my menu planning.


Leftover ham made into a casserole. It is chilly and damp today so having something filling will be great.


Not sure if my friend will be here in time for supper. If she is I will do up a BBQ meal. Hamburgers, all the fixings and a salad. If she isn't I will use up the leftover chicken.


Whatever is not eaten Tuesday will be today's meal.


Clean out the fridge night.


Fish fillets (baked), homemade fries, and a salad or raw veggies and dip.


Ribs, rice and mixed veggies (or green beans).


Pork Roast, roasted potatoes and carrots.

There you have it the menus for the week. I am hoping to clean out the fridge freezer of leftovers just a tad more this week (will be adding a bag or two of the leftover roast pork).

  2. Sun - leftover Mediterranean tuna/noodle casserole from the freezer w/ salad and roasted asparagus
    Mon - tikka masala naan pizza
    Tues - BBQ hamburgers w/ sweet potato fries
    Wed - roast pork w/ hummus coated veggies
    Thur - leftover pork and/or hamburgers w/ macaroni salad
    Fri - fridge fallout, i.e leftovers
    Sat - supper @ the 2nd Chance Trail Ride fundraiser
