Menu Monday

I was very good last week and followed my menu plans for most (well changed one day) of the week. Hope I do as well this week.


Grabbing a package of the leftover ham from the freezer. I will probably just warm it up and serve it with cauliflower cheese and asparagus.


Today will be leftover pork roast made into a stir fry, served with rice.


Hamburgers, tinfoil potatoes and a salad.


Clean out the fridge night.


Fish fillets, homemade fries and salad or raw veggies and dip.


Ham Steaks BBQ, tin foil carrots, potatoes and onions, and I will make a salad.


Beef roast, a pan of roasted assorted veggies, and the remains of the salad.

Hope I can stick to this again this week.

  1. Monday - leftovers from the w/e: frittata & chickpea/tomato salad
    Tuesday - chicken thighs & roasted broccoli
    Wednesday - borscht (using up the last of the beets from the freezer)
    Thursday - take-out pizza to a friend's house
    Friday - fridge fall-out
    Saturday - sweet & sour meat balls with rice

  2. When we follow a menu we always seem to eat better and spend less, you've motivated me to sort one out for the weekend and next week xx
