Second week of June already. My how time flies.
Monday
Hot dogs, baked beans and salad.
Tuesday
The last container of frozen cabbage rolls.
Wednesday
Leftover chicken made into something wonderful I hope. While decluttering recipes I have found a few that I want to try.
Thursday
Ribs, rice, and green beans. Perhaps another salad made up.
Friday
Lazy perogies.
Saturday
Not sure if we are going to head up and visit Kris plus do some shopping. If we don't go BBQ Hamburgers, potatoes, and salad will be on the menu.
Sunday
Roast Smoked Pork Shoulder, mashed potatoes, salad, and carrots from the freezer.
There you have it, what we will eat for dinners over the next week. Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches as is usual.
Everyone have a wonderful day.
God bless.
Do you have a favorite way to roast pork shoulder?
ReplyDeleteI just roast it very slowly after trimming some of the fat. Sometimes when the shoulder is smoked I brush with a brown sugar glaze.
