Menu Monday

Another week of menus, and another week of winter heading out the door.

Monday

Leftover ham served as a casserole of some kind. I will be serving the leftover salad with it.

Tuesday

Cabbage Rolls and perhaps some carrots.

Wednesday


I am hoping there is enough of the ham casserole to serve for our supper tonight.

Thursday

I have some small pieces of steak in the freezer that need using up. These will be diced and used in a slow cooker stew.

Friday

Lazy Perogies.

Saturday

Leftover stew.

Sunday

Pork Roast, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots and perhaps a salad.

  1. Everything sure sounds good...
    Bill is having trouble with gout so his diet is very restricted right now...not much meat at all...only white chicken and only once a week..cooking lots of veggies and we are getting sick of them...
