Menu Monday

The last full week of this month. I am hoping that soon we will have BBQ weather and lovely spring like days to work in the garden.


Leftover stew from Saturdays supper. Got to get the shelves in the fridge ready for a good cleaning tomorrow. Not sure if I will serve this with biscuits or bread.....


That leftover pork roast from Sunday's supper made into a casserole. Got to check out the cookbooks today.


Ham steak, rice, and green beans. I plan on a salad to go with this as well.


Clean out the fridge night. Pretty sure there will be leftovers of the pork casserole to use up.


Salmon patties, rice, and carrots. Perhaps some salad would round out the meal. I think coleslaw would be just lovely.


I am going to pull out some Cabbage bread from the freezer. A quick and easy meal. Unless we go to Regina (don't really wish to go until the next week) then we will be having a meal out with Kris.


Beef roast and all the trimmings.

Lunches as usual will be sandwiches or sometimes eggs and toast.
