Menu Monday

The end of another month is here. I am kind of looking forward to a long and colourful fall season. Well at least I hope to see a long and colourful season, but here one never knows what will happen weather wise.

Monday

Chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, and leftover salad.

Tuesday

Stir fry made with some steak that has been in the freezer for awhile. Serving it over rice.

Wednesday

Scalloped potatoes and ham served with carrots from the garden.

Thursday

Clean out the fridge night.

Friday

Perogies.

Saturday

We will be doing a big shop in the city so will be eating out.

Sunday

Baked ham, egg noodles, peas and carrots.

Hopefully I can clear out a bit of the fridge this week as I will need the room to store what we pick up on our big shop.

  1. your menu sounds delightful...i am hungry for a good baked ham...we'll have one, along with the turkey, at Thanksgiving, maybe.

    Looks like a nice menu again this week.
