Menu Monday

 

I am so sorry that I have been unable to visit anyone the last couple of days. I hope to be able to do so tomorrow morning.

Here is my menu for the week.

Monday

Beef stew, and bread slices. Hopefully I put aside enough from my big stew making day to feed all of us tonight.

Tuesday

Spaghetti and meat sauce. If I manage to get out and do another small shop (why did I not remember these things) I will make some garlic bread to go along.

Wednesday

Turkey supper, mashed potatoes, gravy, pickles, cranberries, salad, corn, and dressing. Just hope I can make enough to feed 5 hungry appetites. Dessert will be pumpkin pie with whipped cream or ice cream.

Thursday

Pulling some Cabbage Bread out of the freezer. There should be squares left to use as dessert or even a bit of pumpkin pie.

Friday

Glace and eggs.

Saturday

Supper out to celebrate my birthday.

Sunday

Leftovers from our meal out.

Off to get some tasks done around the house so there is less to do tomorrow and Wednesday.
