I am working on some long term goals for next year. Hopefully they will work well with my monthly goals. I have really not posted about my long term goals other then the decluttering one. This upcoming year there will be a few more and those could be slightly more complicated to keep track of. One is me trying to have more low spend/no spend days and another is trying to cut some budget lines. There are a few more that will inter-twine with these. I will list the rest come the new year.
Longest night of the year ahead, now the days will be getting longer. Looking forward to being able to work on projects a bit longer each day.
Kris and the Grandcat are home and Kurt is about 2 hours away. Supper will be held off until he arrives. So looking forward to having both the boys home and staying for a number of days.
Everybody have a wonderful evening.
God bless.
How nice to have them with you. Mine live within 6 miles but it’s not the same as having them truly “home”. You are going to have such a nice time and I’m sure all your preparations will be appreciated by all. Merry Christmas 🎄
ReplyDeleteSo glad your family is making it home for Christmas. Enjoy your time together!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you will enjoy your family time. Happy Solstice!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely to have your boys home for Christmas. I want to cut down on grocery spending next year - it's getting harder and harder though, with the way prices keep going up.
ReplyDeleteWonderful for you to have the family together. I look forward to 2025 to new goals and even some old ones.
ReplyDeleteReady for more daylight! Have a wonderful weekend.
I too would like to spend less next year. I've been very spendthrift this year. Have a lovely Christmas at home with your family.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad the days will be getting longer now. I'll be working on more no spend days in the new year too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Solstice! Do enjoy your time with your sons.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely for you to have both your boys home for a little time over Christmas.
ReplyDeleteHope everyone arrived safely. All of our guests will leave on Saturday after Christmas. I'll spend some quiet time then to reflect on my goals for next year.
ReplyDeleteThe Solstice came & went, the shortest day of the year, and now we are gaining daylight, we've added 1 minute already. Pretty soon we'll be talking gardens. I'm running some things around in my head for next year. Nothing definitive, perhaps now that all the Christmas festivity prep is done, we will slow down and allow for those thoughts. Enjoy your time with your boys. I have one at home, and one lives about 5 min away. They will both be here. Precious time.
