Menu Monday

Time for this week's menus.

Monday

Roast chicken, creamed potatoes, peas and carrots.

Tuesday

Tuna Pasta Salad.

Wednesday

Leftover chicken made into a casserole.

Thursday

Clean out the fridge night.

Friday

Fish, home made fries, salad

Saturday

Eggplant Parma, leftover salad.

Sunday

Beef roast, roasted potatoes and roasted carrots.

A few changes from what I first planned but I need to use things up in the fridge and freezer.
