Wow this month is quickly disappearing. Time is flying by on those wings that seem to appear before special holidays.
Monday
Stuffed Chicken, rice and salad.
Tuesday
Pork chops, mashed potatoes, and the remaining salad.
Wednesday
Hamburgers, homemade fries, and perhaps coleslaw (or peas and carrots).
Thursday
Leftover ham made into a casserole.
Friday
Salmon casserole (though this could end up being maple glazed salmon with rice and mixed veggies).
Saturday
Leftover ham casserole.
Sunday
Pork Roast, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots and a salad.

The renovations are sending my meal plans out the window. But I'm trying to cook once and eat 3 times at the moment to help.
ReplyDeleteThere's leftover chicken and vegetables in the fridge that will be transformed into chicken pot pie. I'll be making tikka misala pizza with a gluten free crust for friends on Wed. The week's menu will be rounded out with a lasagna. I haven't decided what the next soup of the week will be; maybe a nice corn chowder?
