Midweek

The weather has been very warm the last couple of days, but today the wind has been blowing something fierce. I have a feeling a storm could be moving in.

Really not much happening here. I picked rhubarb again last night washed and chopped it this morning. It is now residing in my fridge freezer.

Been working on a few of my many on the go projects and I will show pictures of them tomorrow

Other than a headache today (another reason I am thinking storm) I am in fine health and have managed to lose another 3 pounds. Keep this up and I will be back to my pre pandemic weight very quickly. Or at least I hope.

Everybody have a wonderful evening.

God bless.

  1. I've been picking rhubarb too, and it's in the freezer. It's a good season this year.

  2. So glad things are on an even keel at your place, Jackie. There's a lot to be said for "not much happening". Congratulations on the weight loss too! Can't wait to see your projects. ~Andrea xoxoxo

  3. I agree, the wind has been wicked here. It helps some to keep the mosquitos off. With the rain last week and the heat those blood suckers are out in full force. I need to get to some yard work done today and I'm dreading it.

Sounds like you're making good progress on many fronts. Hope the headache disappears soon.

  4. Sorry to hear about your headache but glad your feeling okay otherwise. You know I think very often our bodies can help to predict the weather. Great job on losing weight. I always have trouble with that!

  5. Well I hope that my next headache is a weather predictor of rain as we need it so badly and I get a lot of headaches!

    1. Sugar scrub is something I use to combat the roughness of my heels and feet. All it is is Coconut oil, sugar and some essential oil. I love it as it keeps my heels looking not too bad in sandals.

      God bless.
