Menu Monday

Kurt and Kris left this morning for their respective homes. We always celebrate their birthdays on the Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend. Kris is born on the 16th of this month and Kurt on the 17th. Cake is the dessert that night and this years was a big hit. Of course I didn't get a picture in the mad rush to set the table, have our meal and sing Happy Birthday. I might try to replicate it later this month.

Any how we are now back to eating more regular fare.

Monday

Stuffed peppers that I pulled out of the freezer.

Tuesday

Turkey Tetrazzini and the leftover salad.

Wednesday

Potato Leek Soup. I am pulling that out of the freezer as well.

Thursday

Leftover Turkey Tetrazzini and salad.

Friday

Pancakes.

Saturday

Leftover ham made into a casserole. Think I will make some coleslaw as a side.

Sunday

Roast beef, roasted turnip, roasted carrots. The remains of the coleslaw.

I am exhausted right now so I plan on crawling into the tub for a hot soak and then right to bed. Promise to catch up with you all tomorrow.

Everyone have a wonderful evening.

God bless.

  4. Glad you had a good time with the boys. A soak in the tub sounds like a great way to end a busy weekend.

    Take care, stay well.
