Menu Monday

Well the snow is still coming down, so I think it will be another stay in kind of day.

Monday

Sausages, leftover rice and sauted cabbage.

Tuesday

Leftover chicken from Sunday made into a casserole (hopefully making enough for two nights).

Wednesday

The frozen leftover cheesy cauliflower soup with salmon sandwiches.

Thursday

Clean out the fridge night.

Friday

Lazy Perogy casserole.

Saturday

Stuffed chicken breasts, flavoured noodles (from a pack I bought on sale to try), salad, and carrots from the freezer.

Sunday

Pork roast, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots and any leftover salad.

  1. The snow let up here yesterday. 3 hrs of snow shovelling yesterday; more today, then tomorrow at my mom's. Spring can't come fast enough as far as I'm concerned.
    Mon - dressed cauliflower & fish (a carry over from last wk)
    Tues - pea soup
    Wed - tuna/noodle casserole
    Thurs - chicken breast & green salad
    Fri - quesadilla
