Menu Monday

My goodness this week came up quickly.


A container of leftover stew is being pulled from the freezer. It will be served over thick slices of homemade bread.


Spaghetti and meat sauce. Served with garlic bread.


Soup and sandwich night. Just not too sure what soup as of yet.


The leftover spaghetti will be turned into Baked Spaghetti and once again served with the remainder of the garlic bread.


This is supposed to be a tuna casserole, but as Kris should be home it might be changed to breakfast for supper. He doesn't really like tuna.


Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries....well you get the picture. Kind of our Easter meal a bit later.


Sausages, I am thinking along the lines of an easy sausage casserole. It will be one I haven't made in awhile so it is a test to see if we still enjoy it.

  1. In the fridge:
    Leftover tortellini soup
    I'm hosting a house concert this week and will have an overnight houseguest on Mon & Tues
    On the menu:
    Mon - BBQ ribs, garlic mashed potatoes, lazy beet holupchi, carrots
    Tues - sweet potato taco bowl
    Wed - fish with leftover sides
    I think the remainder of the week will be fridge fallout!
