Menu Monday

Wow, April has whizzed right by and we will be into May. Where does the time go?

We will hopefully be doing a stock up shop this coming Saturday in the big city. Get to travel with Harvey, visit Kris, and eat out. Shopping for deals in a place that has more selection is fun.

Anyway on to our menus for the week.


Homemade pizza, served with a salad.


Leftover roast beef made into Cheesy beef bake. Think I will use up the remainder of the asparagus here.


Leftover pizza and some more salad added to what was leftover from Monday.


Leftover turkey made into turkey tetrazzini. Green beans should go nicely with this, or perhaps Coleslaw.


Either soup or perhaps Glace. I have lots of eggs for some reason.


Hopefully out after a marathon shopping trip, but if postponed we will clean out the fridge.


Clean out the fridge if we were gone on Saturday or if we didn't go roast ham, rice, and peas/carrots.

  1. We're on the same page with the pizza. I made enough to take one to my neighbor. This week's menu also includes pasta/veggie salad and roast chicken with lemon roasted potatoes. I'm thinking that some of that chicken will get turned into chicken noodle soup. I like having a soup in the fridge for lunches and when I don't feel like cooking.
