Menu Monday

Time for a new weekly menu once again.

Monday

A bag of leftover ham from the fridge freezer to be made into a casserole (still plenty cold here with the wind chill factored in). Served with leftover salad.

Tuesday

Leftover chicken from Sundays roast meal made into another casserole. Salad served as a side.

Wednesday

The container of Hamburger Soup from the fridge.

Thursday

Clean out the fridge in order to get control of all the leftovers.

Friday

Breakfast for supper. This time French Toast.

Saturday

Chili and toast.

Sunday (the start of a new month)

Roast Beef, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots (or perhaps some roasted butternut squash.

Everybody have a wonderful day.

God bless.

  1. Another great menu Jackie. At least I understand that hamburger soup really is hamburger soup now!

  2. You boomers are about to be bankrupted by the high cost of medical care in America. Are you still happy you spent the past 40 years voting for Republicans, voting against affordable health care? I can't wait to see you bastards suffer in the retirement homes.

    1. Mr. Anonymous (or it could be Miss or Ms or even Mrs).

If you actually read my blog you would realize I am Canadian and thus do not vote in American elections. I also have affordable health care.

Now it is not the seniors that are causing this virus to spread. You millennials are catching it much more than any other group. Stay home, wear a mask and don't be an idiot.

Oh yeah and this will be the only time I allow a post from you on my blog. You little brat.

    2. Well said Jackie, my love! These 'Anonymous' trolls are totally idiotic and seem to have nothing better to do than try to upset others. Cowardly brat indeed.
      Stay well my dear x
