Menu Monday

The beginning of another week, and more menus planned for the month (I do a monthly menu plan and then post my weeks dinners). Once again I hope to use up a few more items from all the freezers.


Chicken wings made in the ActiFry. Think I will make a mix of peas and carrots to go along.


Leftover Pork from the freezer made into something interesting and filling (also need a big enough batch to serve again on Thursday).


Leftover Chili pulled from the freezer along with some toast or served on pasta (I will be eating very early as dress rehearsal for the play starts at 5 and we need to be set up). Salad for the side.


Leftover pork casserole (or a clean out the fridge night). I can leave a bit later as things should be pretty much set up for the performance tonight.


Perogies (performance again tonight, but once again I can leave a bit later as we will have set things back in motion the night before).


Sweet and Sour Ribs (getting them ready to cook in the morning), rice and a salad.


Pork Roast, roast potatoes, green beans and if there is any leftover salad we will have that as well.
