Another week starting so a new menu plan, and because I have so many projects this month I will be using up some ready meals from the freezer. Getting it cleared out for the new harvest.
Chili and toast.
Vegetable soup and sandwiches.
Leftover chili on pasta.
Tetrazzini and a salad.
Lazy Cabbage rolls and salad.
Roast pork, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots and salad.
Kris will hopefully be home for the Victoria Day long weekend so I need to do some baking as well.
