I did not get as many projects finished as I had hoped, however by next week I am sure to have at least one more done.
I promised pictures of what I did manage to get finished though so here are the few I managed.
I added in the small 2" squares from the scraps left from cutting the 4" squares.
Another photo of the 4" squares.
I also managed to cut out the coat that I have procrastinated about for a number of months.
Started my weaving and while this looks crooked it really isn't.
Made new separators for between my pots to keep them from being scratched. The others were pretty darn stained and dirty for some reason.Still working on the embroidery and getting so very close to being finished this block and moving on to another. Considering I will have another twelve to embroider before I can make the quilt I better step up on getting these completed.
The same can be said for the knitted blanket. Close to being completed but still more to get done.
I am wondering if having so many projects on the go is really allowing me to get the project list completed.... Probably not, but truth be told it keeps me from getting bored.
Everyone have a wonderful evening.
God bless.
And keeps you out of trouble! 😜
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice batch of crafts!
ReplyDeleteI'm a firm believer in having several different types of projects on the go. I like to rest my hands from doing one activity all the time so I switch between things. Usually hand or machine stitching during the daylight hours and then knitting or crochet in the evenings.
ReplyDeleteOne day they will all be done and that's a lot of projects!
ReplyDeleteI like being able to chop and change between projects and yours are so very interesting. xx
ReplyDeleteYou definitely have your hands full with projects. I haven't even looked at my cross stitch yet, but will soon be finished with the ball of cotton I brought with me. My landlady has mentioned a trip to Hobby Lobby, and I suspect there may be more yarn purchased. :)
ReplyDeleteI always have several projects going at one time, but not as many as you just listed. Show us pictures of each of them as go along instead of waiting til they're done. I like to see the process. Good luck with all your projects. Pot protectors. I'm bad, I use paper towels between the non-stick skillets only. Though the beauty of paper towels, they can easily been thrown out and new ones grabbed, lol.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are making progress on many projects. I hope you are enjoying the process. The pot separators are a fabulous idea!
