Back from our little get away and starting to get back to the real world.
Starting of course with the menus for the week.
Sandwiches, sliced veggies and cherry tomatoes. The leftovers of what I packed to eat on the way home.
Chicken breasts, rice, and corn on the cob, or if it is as cold as it is today the chicken will be made into a rather large casserole.
Leftover casserole, and some lovely warm drop cheese biscuits.
I plan to use up a bag of leftover ham from the fridge freezer. Along with the ham I will make egg noodles, and peas.
Salmon cakes, homemade fries, and coleslaw.
Honey garlic sausage, creamed potatoes, and mixed veggies.
Roast beef, roasted potatoes and roasted carrots. We will use up the remaining coleslaw, or I will make a tossed salad.
