Menu Monday

 


Only a few weeks left till Christmas, which means I need to double my efforts at clearing out the bits and bobs from the fridge freezer. So far things are moving along very nicely.


Monday

Leftover ham made into a quiche. 


Tuesday

Leftover Chicken made into creamed chicken and served on toast.


Wednesday

Clean out the fridge (eat the remainder of the quiche).


Thursday

Soup and sandwiches. I think I will use the ham broth and make a bean or split pea soup.


Friday

The perogies that I didn't make last week will be made.


Saturday

Sausage casserole.


Sunday

The last package of leftover ham, warmed, and served with mashed potatoes, and green beans.


The fridge freezer is slowly emptying and probably by this time next week there won't be much left to choose from.

  1. We're just finishing up the last bit of bean & ham soup I made with the Thanksgiving ham bone. We got a lot of meals out of that little ham. All your meals sound wonderful as always, Jackie. ~Andrea XOXO
