We had some very hot days last week. Too hot to cook really so some things got changed around. As we are having cooler weather the next couple of days I am going to try and get things back to the menu plan.
Monday
Ham casserole served with a salad.
Tuesday
Roast chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. Probably have the leftover salad as well.
Wednesday
Leftover Ham Casserole with raw veggies and dip.
Thursday
Chefs salad (using up some more of the frozen ham and some of the leftover roast chicken). Supposed to be pretty warm once again.
Friday
Tuna casserole.
Saturday
Chicken breasts on the BBQ along with those raw veggies and dip. I think I will make some rice to go with this.
Sunday
Off to the city to watch a football game and so will be grabbing something to eat before the game.
This will put us almost on track once again. Looking forward to that as I feel unorganized.
