Menu Monday

Wow, we are almost into June and hopefully much nicer temperatures.

Monday

Sweet and sour ribs (making a big batch so we get a second meal out of them), served with rice, and a big salad.

Tuesday

Leftover roast chicken added to the salad along with boiled eggs and perhaps some small amount of ham. Chef's salad is on the menu for tonight.

Wednesday

Leftover ribs, and rice. I will add some peas as a side, and raw veggies and dip.

Thursday

Soup and sandwiches (more than likely salmon salad sandwiches).

Friday

Tuna Casserole served with a Kale salad.

Saturday

BBQ time. I think hotdogs, potatoes and carrots in foil packets sounds just lovely (as well as quick and easy).

Sunday 

Roast beef, and roasted veggies.
