Menu Monday

The beginning of the third week of the month and slowly but surely making a dent in all those leftover frozen bags of meat. I am loving the fact that we are getting plenty of good food and using things up.


Leftover ham from the freezer made into a pasta casserole.


Leftover Pork Roast made into a hash so I can use up the leftover roasted potatoes as well.


Pulling a container of chili out of the freezer and serving toast along with it.


Clean out the fridge smorg. Whatever we have lots of will be our meal tonight.


Tuna casserole and sliced fresh veggies and dip.


Leftover turkey made into a turkey pie.


Roast Ham, rice and corn.

  1. We've been eating out of our freezer all week, too. I took a Cheeseburger Casserole out last night and we had part of it for lunch today. So good...and I dearly love having things like that in a moments notice.
