Menu Monday

Monday

Mini meatloaves, mashed potatoes, frozen mixed veggies and the remains of the coleslaw.

Tuesday

Leftover beef roast (changed menu around a bit) made into beef rolls with mushroom sauce, sauted mushrooms, and coleslaw (making a new batch today).

Wednesday

Clean out the fridge night. I will add some hard boiled eggs if there is not enough leftover protein.

Thursday

Pork chops, creamed potatoes, peas and leftover coleslaw (might get tired of coleslaw, but I need to use up the cabbage and shredded carrots).

Friday

Baked Trout fillets, braised cabbage, and corn.

Saturday

Eating out as we will be doing a stock up shop.

Sunday

The roast chicken that was supposed to be made last Sunday, mashed potatoes, green beans and a salad.
